We wanted to take a moment to share how Coronavirus (COVID-19) will effect Creative Chameleon in the coming weeks, and more importantly, what it means to the clients we support.
Creative Chameleon is named so because we adapt to the needs and demands of our clients. Our adaptiveness is also true of our ability to adjust to changing times. We have a global client base, so set out from day one to be a remote-first organisation, giving us the flexibility to work effectively from anywhere in the world without impacting our client services.
We have initiated a mandatory Work From Home policy to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, but as we work from home a lot, there will be no negative impact on the way we support you.
One thing which will change is our ability to attend physical face-to-face meetings. Unfortunately, this will not be possible until further notice. However, as we are a tech-enabled business, this will not stop us from seeing your lovely faces. We have a range of video conferencing tools (including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facetime, Skype, GoToMeeting, etc.) to enable us to have quick and easy virtual face-to-face connectivity.
We are also finding that many of the businesses we support are using this time to focus their activities on developing marketing materials and building their brand as they often don’t have the time to do this during normal working circumstances. This includes brochure designs, website updates, and even rebranding!
